How it Started…
Back in 2019, Margot had a vision! During this time, The West Concord Junction Cultural District Committee was formed, the section of the bike trail through west concord village just opened, and Art for All just completed its first mural Music in the Village. Riding the wave of enthusiasm for public murals, Margot and the committee had the idea that the next mural should be highlighting the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail.
You might be wondering why it’s 2023 and we still have not put up the mural. Well, let’s back up a bit. When Margot first pitched the idea, the funds needed were going to a different group. This ended up being exactly what Art for All needed because they had time to put up more murals and refine their artistic abilities!
